Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using GetRanked.io, operated by Spring Digital Commerce LLC. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use GetRanked.io to generate, publish, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party
• Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence
• Is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or is otherwise obscene
• Promotes illegal goods or services, or facilitates illegal activity
• Contains malware, or links to malicious or deceptive websites
• Impersonates any person or organization, or misrepresents your affiliation

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for spam, deceptive SEO, or manipulative practices that violate search engine guidelines
• Publish content to platforms or domains you do not own or are not authorized to manage
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach our security or authentication measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models, prompts, or algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Use automated means to abuse, overload, or circumvent usage limits or rate limits
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written authorization
• Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Ghost, Webflow, etc.)

3. Your Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the content generated under your account and published to your connected platforms, including reviewing it for accuracy, legality, and compliance before or after publication. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you remain solely responsible for what you publish.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us using the contact details below so we can investigate.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, throttling usage, and suspending or terminating accounts. As set out in our Refund Policy, accounts suspended or terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
