GetRanked.io provides an automated SEO content platform that generates, optimizes, and publishes articles to your connected websites. Our services include keyword research, content generation, auto-publishing, and internal linking automation.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Platform Integrations

To publish content, you must connect your website platform (WordPress, Shopify, or custom API) by providing valid API credentials. You grant us permission to publish, update, and manage content on your connected platforms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish content on connected platforms.

4. Content Ownership

All content generated by our platform for your account belongs to you. You retain full ownership of published articles. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over content created for your use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Violate the terms of service of any connected platform

6. Subscription & Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Pricing is listed on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any third-party service disruptions (WordPress, Shopify, DataForSEO, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetRanked.io and Spring Digital Commerce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, search rankings, or website traffic.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Published content on your platforms remains yours and is not affected by account termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
