Refund Policy

All sales are final. GetRanked.io does not offer refunds, credits, or reimbursements of any kind for subscription fees, whether for full or partial billing periods, used or unused service.
This Refund Policy describes the terms under which Spring Digital Commerce LLC ("we", "us", or "GetRanked.io") provides — and does not provide — refunds for paid subscriptions to the GetRanked.io platform. By subscribing to or purchasing any GetRanked.io plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. No Refunds
All payments made to GetRanked.io are non-refundable. Once a subscription fee or any other charge has been processed, you are not entitled to a refund, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the service, generated content, or results
- Failure to achieve any particular search ranking, traffic level, or business outcome
- Forgetting to cancel before a subscription renews
- Not using, or under-using, the service during a billing period
- Cancellation of your subscription before the end of the billing period
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
GetRanked.io is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your payment method on file, at the then-current rate, until cancelled. Renewal charges are likewise non-refundable.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. Cancelling does not generate a refund or proration for the remaining, already-paid portion of the period.
4. No Free Trial Guarantee
Where we offer a free trial or introductory period, you are encouraged to evaluate the service during that time. Once a paid charge is incurred after a trial converts, it is non-refundable under this policy. We do not offer money-back guarantees.
5. Chargebacks
Because you agree to this no-refund policy at the time of purchase, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with evidence of your acceptance of this policy and your use of the service.
6. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to override any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where a refund is strictly required by law, we will comply with that legal requirement to the minimum extent necessary. Any refund granted at our sole discretion in an individual case does not create an obligation to provide refunds in any other case.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
